Lin started piercing in 1996 after opening Express Yourself as a tattoo only shop. Wanting to learn the right way, she seeked outthe best the industry had to offer in 1996- Gauntlet Enterprises Body Piercing & Safety Seminars. After learning basic techniques and body piercing safety shecame back home armed with the information needed to start "practicing" on friends and family. By 1997 rolled around Express Yourself Tattoos was officially ExpressYourself Tattoos & Professional Body Piercings.

Lin loves the outdoors, she loves riding her motorcycle, camping, outdoor music festivals, jazz & bluegrass music and spending time with her grandchildren.
