We strongly urge customers to be pierced with barbells, this way the jewelry can lay close to the skin, whichresults in far less trauma, shangging, pushing, and flopping caused by CBRs. In the 14 years we have been in business, we havewitnessed barbells healing dramatically faster with less problems and less scarring. Contrary to people's beliefs, a CBR is no easier to clean than a barbell. Although, if the anatomy can fit it,we will use CBRs.
